I would have given my room a five because everything was very nice except for the two chairs at the dining table. They were badly shredded it up. It would’ve been better just to have plastic chairs in here. But everything else was really nice and comfortable and clean and stylish and new.

The check in staff was very friendly and the room is nice and neat. The water pressure is also pretty good.

We requested a handicap room since I have some mobility issues. We choose with a tub and toilet with bars. They called to check if we needed a handicap room which we told them yes but could make do without if someone in a wheelchair needed it. When we checked in the floral air freshener was so overpowering it burned my throat. There was no power in the room. When the maintenance man came down I asked if all the rooms were sprayed so heavily. I was told no, there was a foul smell before. We switched rooms which was done with no problems and the desk staff was great. The showers squeal loudly and you can also hear them from other rooms. It was clean but dated. The arm chair was broken where it was tilted back so far I could hardly get out of it. I won’t stay again.

Overall, for the price and not realizing it was a suite with a kitchen. Very good. They were in the middle of a remodel, so getting in and out of the hotel became challenging.
