Booked a suite and it has a stain they couldn’t clean fast enough so they upgraded up to the better suite with the a half bathroom. Very nice and spacious. Nice living room and overall a great hotel. Has a bar and a place for breakfast Worth every penny. Only thing is that the bedroom ac didn’t cold like i would have wanted. When you book this hotel it’s for the nice room not the view. Also there isn’t onsite parking but the parking options are cheaper than other hotels that have valet parking. Will book again when I come back to sf

My room was always in great shape & fresh. The room was on the seventh floor in the rear, which was nice & quiet. The staff were very pleasant & helpful.
The only negative for me was the surrounding neighborhood, The Tenderloin district. It was a bit dicy at night.

I had a great 4 day stay at this hotel. The staff was welcoming especially the bartender and concierge. The concierge person recommended some good local restaurants that I tried and the food was good. The room was cozy and the beds were comfortable. The hotel was clean and the view from my room was gorgeous.
