From the welcoming parking valets, the Bell Staff, Front Desk and Housekeeping, the Royal Sonesta treats you right. Breakfast was great and the Roaring Fork is one of the best dining experiences in Austin!
Good service, great location, great rooms!
We had a wonderful stay. We reserved two queens but when we got to the hotel, they informed us they had given all those away. They moved us to a large, well equipped queen with a fold out (that was the most comfortable sofa bed I’ve ever slept in). I would definitely stay here again.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds and accommodating pillow requests. Not one elevator in service. So it took a while to go up and down. All other services were great.

The rooms are very good but the hallway and front stairway carpets need renovation. The furniture at the entrace needs updates.
