The breakfast was good. There was a nice assortment of foods to choose from each morning. The beds were not comfortable (too soft), mattress pad corners popped off every night. The rooms were partially cleaned every other day. Basically the beds were made, towels replaced and garbage removed. The most positive thing about this hotel was the location. It was less than 20 minute drive from great restaurants, shopping and sight seeing in the Scottsdale area.

Breakfast was good. The room was very nice. The blackout shades were great.
The swimming pool was a joke. No shade. In Arizona, not acceptable. Really no where to lounge. Pictures were very deceptive.

We had 2 rooms. The first was not cleaned well at all. The second smelled like cleaner, but not clean. Sort of like air freshener was sprayed. It was just okay.

They charge to park in the hotel parking lot, and not tell you about the parking charge. They do not have wash clothes in the room, we had to ask for this. The lady that checked us in seemed like she was on something and that the person behind the glass was more important than the customers checking in
