Old food left in refrigerator from prior guest. At check in office manager talking on phone whole time disrespectful!!! Asked for extra pillow unavailable and no extra in room for pull out bed

This was a business trip so a clean, safe. quiet hotel with reliable internet are top priorities. My only minor gripe was the breakfast selection was missing yogurt and oatmeal (emphasis on minor gripe). I do have to give Don a big shout out for helping me with an early check in. Thx Don!!

I received the wrong room and was unable to change. And when I asked for blankets of pillows for the pull out couch the front desk said they had none!

Great hotel, spacious room, comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean too. Staff was kind and helpful. Hot breakfast was a bit redundant, but tasted good. Location was perfect in relation to our travel needs. Great stay!
