My FAV Hotel in Birmingham!
Front desk clerk was friendly, informative and gave great customer experience.
After a long day of meetings, it's nice to encounter someone who portrays the ultimate in customer service. The rooms are immaculate, clean, not showing any age. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Also, the hotel is in a safe location. The breakfast has a nice selection. This is my go to hotel when I stay overnight in Birmingham!

Breakfast quality was marginal at best. During a five day stay my room was cleaned zero times. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

This was clean and first glance… until we got ready for bed. There was blood splattered all over the comforter. Which was turned so you wouldn’t see it unless pulling everything back. The bathroom had mold all over the shower & sink. It’s funny because as we were checking in another couple was up complaining about their room. But the staff was nice and sorry.

Everything was clean hair and dust free the employees and front deck was nice quick check-in breakfast was nice the pool wasn't open but did get an opportunity to go next door to the other hotel but overall we had a great stay.
