HVAC unit was very loud. Staff were great. Room was clean and neat. Appliance all worked. Breakfast should open at 630am not 7am. Breakfast was good. We liked having a refigerator in the room, very helpful.

Overall, the hotel is 3 stars. There were some things that were issues that were lazy and lacking, but it doesn’t make sense to knit pick. Hotel staff didn’t seem to work exceptionally hard, probably because they don’t get paid a ton, and that trickles down to spilled soda in the elevator, kids running in the halls, full garbages, etc.
I had to have my original room changed from the 3rd floor where they had a group of kids staying. They were kind enough to switch rooms for me. I’m glad I did.
The breakfast is free and hot, but not great. They do have a waffle maker. Nothing much else is actually “made” as much as it is “prepared.” There are restaurants nearby that are out of this world.

Staff was super accommodating, room is spacious and clean and breakfast wasn’t as generic as most of the hotels I’ve stayed at, not to mention all of the restaurant/dining options nearby. Would definitely book here again.

Absolutely zero sound proofing. You can hear your neighbors opening their blinds. Lots of highway noise too.
