awful from ck in he could not have been less friendly.the room was disgusting. and the bed was the worst. I think the ceo of the company should spend a night here. you don't have to make a cheap hotel look bad.

Our room was on the first floor directly off the lobby, there was a party or something in the lobby that got very loud. It calmed down after about 30 minutes. The room had a slight smell. I honestly thought it was my family until it was still there after we all showered! We only stayed for one night or I would’ve said something. The room was super clean and we had plenty of room for our family of 5. The mattresses were TERRIBLE. You could feel the springs. The fold out couch mattress was even worse, my daughter chose to sleep on the couch cushions instead of using the fold out. Breakfast was great and the airport shuttle was efficient. If they replaced the mattresses we would definitely stay here again.

Very good staff, but minimal refreshment choices available, and given it's location, you need to be able to use Door-Dash or something similar for any meals aside from breakfast.
