We asked to have our room changed to be closer to the other family members and the staff was very accommodating. Thanks for a great weekend away from home.
Clean/quiet/good Location
There for somber event. the room and hotel is clean/quiet and ideal location.
Disappointed in rooms requested.
I reserved room w/2 queen bds. Told at the front desk they did not have any. If I had know that I would have book elsewhere. I was misinformed and very disappointed. I came in overnight to visit my aunt and uncle, 95 and 94. I will on the future make sure if anyone mentions this chain of hotel to think twice as they give misinformed info. Very disappointed customer. Yes the room was nice, but I felt I was lied to. This area had more options to pick from and so sorry I pick this one.

Sheets were very uncomfortable and well past time for replacement. The mattress was too soft and pillows lumpy. Breakfast was so so. The hotel was clean and adequate for a short stay. Staff was helpful

Would stay here again. Clean, pretty good breakfast, super nice staff, free laundry, free snacks at the front desk and rooms were big.
It had everything we needed for our quick stay. The kitchen helped a lot with dish soap, dishes, and a larger fridge.
It is in a relatively safe, clean area.

Good location and comfortable bed. The breakfast was a welcome departure from the usual frozen muffin and oatmeal cereals at other hotels. The egg/cheese bites and bacon or sausage were delicious and it was nice to have some protein options. Rachel at the front desk was very nice upon checkin.

The room was awesome& I definitely will be using them again when I go to Cleveland to visit my sista! I didn’t like that Expedia or the hotel allowed a single female to be in an adjoining room! I didn’t ask for another room. They said they were full.
