The staff greeted you as soon as you entered the building. The food was quite tasty. I was so pleasantly surprised at how clean everything was. I would recommend this facility, for sure.

We didn’t use housekeeping, but should have. The staff was friendly at all times. We didn’t try breakfast, but we did check it out and it looked great! In my room, the kitchen sink drained very slowly and my hair dryer didn’t stay hot. I’m sure if I actually complained on those they would have jumped on it. They were nice enough to allow me to check in a little early due to traveling times. It was a great experience!

We chose this hotel because it has the kitchenette and we knew we wanted to be cost efficient on food and beverages. If I had known that they don’t do housekeeping everyday and that you must request it I never would have booked the room. On day 3 they stopped by while we were gone and restocked the coffee and hand towels, that was it, didn’t make beds, restock bath towels, (I had to go begging for more and get eye rolls like I was such an inconvenience) they definitely didn’t vacuum or do dishes and yes we made sure we had all of our belongings picked up and put away just incase there was a slight chance they would stop by. Kids enjoyed the pool.

The staff is AMAZING! Evette (hopefully I spelled her name right) and others treated me and my family as if we were their family. They were helpful with details and what would be the best options in room sizes and more. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was good, and everything worked in the rooms. (If u travel alot you knownwhatbi mean.😂) Furthermore I saw it was an all black (or majority) staff and they moved in harmony! Most people down businesses that have a staff that all black because they say were ghetto or drama filled. Their were very respectfully and kind. Also they had us laughing as well. 10 out of 10 highly recommended for anyone looking to be comfortable and have staff that actually cares about your dollar being spent in the correct manner!

Nice hotel but if you come on the weekend, watch out for very loud outbursts in the hallways at night. Saturday night at 2am, we were awakened by screaming children running up and down the hallway. I had to open my door and scream at them to stop it.

It was great. Staff was super helpful, breakfast was perfect. Room was really clean and comfortable.

Stay was ok, but there was a disturbance after midnight. The beds could use replacing. Also, the breakfast bar needed to be cleaned and the trash taken out.
