We arrived late and they are not prepared to ready for us to check in. Had to go four different rooms to make sure to find a room is clean. Found one and unfortunately no bathtub that I requested. I was not happy plus my kids. We had a long trip!

Booked king bed, got a full size. No towels in room, took three trips to front desk to get them. On third trip told clerk I would stand there until towels placed in my hands. Room never serviced on a three night booking. Linens seemed clean but blankets were gamey….likely unwashed for weeks. No manager, only 20 ish year old clerk at front desk. She told me only 2 cleaning staff for whole property.
You are paying for a motel six quality and service at a Hilton price.
I want a refund!!

Honestly always stay here and it’s usually great but this past visit the room cleaning got done once in 7 days I would call for towels. Toilet paper and it would be hours till I recieved some.

Room was great. Plenty of grab bars in the bathroom. Would have been nice to have non slip strips in the tub as my husband has balance issues and could have easily slipped in the tub. Really surprised these were not installed in the tub as it was supposed to be an ADA room.
