This hotel is in the heart of downtown KC, 1 block walk from a street car stop and a couple blocks from Union station. This was a perfect stay for us, since we took Amtrak to Union station. Staff was polite and helpful, answering questions about streetcar stops.
The breakfast in the morning was on the higher quality, as far as hotel breakfasts go, and had lots of variety.

Location was good..
The shower in room l had to clean myself.
The bed and pillows seemed so worn.
Left a day early.

The staff was phenomenal. They were friendly, helpful, and treated us as longtime guests after just a two day stay. Property is in a great location and easily accessible. Older property but well taken care of. Highly recommend

I was not impressed with the pull out sleeper as the bedding had holes in it. They do have a pool but it is quite small. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

Loved this location in downtown KC, with convenient access to streetcar transportation. Appreciated the gated, covered parking. Desk attendant was especially friendly and helpful, as were the breakfast staff. Great hot breakfast. Spacious, clean, comfortable suite with responsive climate control.
