Our stay was great! The staff were polite and responsive. The hotel was clean, as was our room. However, there were two drawbacks for me: 1) the sheets and blankets were old, worn and thin; 2) the refrigerator leaked. Otherwise our stay was great!

The hotel itself was great. There were homeless people panhandling in the parking lot. When you spend that much money for a room you don’t want to be harassed by homeless people.

We stay here with our staff when visiting KC. It's always clean and has the best breakfast out of any other hotel. The rooms are clean, spacious and the sheets are super soft. We are always happy with our stay.

Great room. I had a king suite. The staff was very kind and helpful. The only downside was the cleanliness of the outside sitting area, that in which was used mostly for guests that smoked. I didnt even stop to sit down.
