Everyone was very helpful and professional. The room was excellent. The breakfast was great!

Honestly Shay is the only reason this review will have anything good in it . I came to the hotel with my 13 year old & one year old and my 4 year old son for one night . This hotel does not accommodate or care for people who have children . My son got sleep deprived around 9/9:45 and started doing kid things (yes ik it’s annoying besides the point) we don’t get a warning nothing next thing you know there is 5 KCKPD officers outside on my hotel room screaming my name absolutely scaring all of my children over my son walking to loudly across the floor , bc the tv sounds like it’s at 50 on 15 not once did this man try to call my cellphone (I was out of the room grabbing food for everyone) not once did he bother to try to call me just straight to the police I was then harassed the remainder of his shift accusing me and my kids of any and every little sound . Now Shay . Shay was amazing she let it be known she understood about the kids being kids and she was sorry that happened to me & so on so forth was the only person who told me about the honors app how to work it breakfast all the good stuff she is the best staff member yaw have & I’d honestly consider hiring new front people if the ones u do have ain’t gon do better . I will never come to this hotel again.

We've stayed here many times before. Close to our event at Kansas speedway. Nice room and great breakfast.

Room had everything we needed including full size fridge and enough towels. We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and spacious.

Really appreciated the whole "apartment" vibe. Convenient kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture, and spacious. There was a small fridge to get a frozen meal, etc., which was really convenient after a long day on the road,
