Friendly staff

This hotel could use a renovation and a deep cleaning. Staff was awesome, very helpful. The carpet was very stained and the furniture smelled bad. I would not recommend this hotel.

I had to leave a day early because someone on the 3rd floor (the floor I was staying on) was smoking in their room and the front desk staff did nothing about it. I had to check out early due to a breathing condition and I needed to go home so I could have my breathing machine. I was not offered a new room until I packed all my things and went to the front desk to check out. The offer was not made when I originally made the complaint. The fact that anyone had to deal with that and not be offered a new room immediately, just shows that this property and their management do not care about the people that chose to book at their hotel. Shameful. I lost over $150 on this because I had to leave early due to someone smoking in their room, but the hotel will make money because they charge a cleaning fee.

Pool was cold. They also charge a 250.00 deposit, which is the most I've ever paid. Will not be using this location again.

All the amenities were nice, but the plates, glasses, etc was an amazing touch to our visit

I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast, the staff was amazing, I had to run to another town due to family emergency, the staff was so kind and understanding

The kitchen was nice. I did not utilize breakfast or the lobby. the shower was very nice.

You can tell that the management of this hotel really cares! Everything was done with excellence! Easy checkin, very clean rooms, and very friendly staff!
