The staff and the cleanliness of this property made our stay great. Staff was always friendly and helpful, greeting us kindly every time we walked past the desk. Would stay again (:

TV didn’t work at first but the front desk clerk took care of it; fast and responsive. TV programming is basic and outdated. Breakfast was fine; the usual complimentary hotel breakfast. There was a conflict between some kitchen staff and other hotel staff which lead to a rather loud “discussion” … unprofessional in my opinion but I give credit to the kitchen personnel for apologizing afterwards. All in all, this was an isolated incident and I would stay there again.

I would never stay at this place again. Pubic hairs all over the bathroom, stains on all the furniture and rugs. What looked like fresh vomit in room when entered. Had to call desk to get cleaned. Pool was FILTHY! Then there is the customer service which was even worse. They conveniently cancelled my reservation through Expedia and then upcharged me. NEVER again will I stay here. Microwave had bread crumbs inside, dishwasher was so filthy on the outside we never opened and there was dried on food on the inside of the kitchen sink. No bedding, other than pillow, in room for pull out and only a sheet and sheet like thin cover on bedding. Had to request extra bedding. On the 2nd day we requested clean towels and thankfully looked at them before using as they had fresh stains. Very unsanitary.

Service was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. Beds were too firm for me and pillows too flat, even when using 3 piled on top of each other. Room was comfortable, otherwise. Good size and bathroom was roomy and clean.

Nice enough hotel. Is totally fine. Some signs of age with rusted sink drain & a messed up wall outside the shower. Usually no one at the desk; but, the real problem was the vulgar rap music being played in the lobby. Totally unprofessional & offensive.

It was great the microwave didnt work but it was late and i didnt want to bother.

This was a VERY nice hotel. I've never stayed at Home2 Suites before, and I was very impressed, and will definitely stay there again. The room was very VERY nice, with a beautiful kitchen, seating area, and even a roll out table for eating in your room. The best thing was probably the man working the desk when we arrived, tired, after a long day's drive. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made a point to make us feel welcome (bonus - he was funny, too).
