Was double booked WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT FOR TWO ROOMS. Hotel tried to charge me for two rooms!
THAT IS ILLEGAL, FRAUDULENT AND WONDER WHETHER IS COMPANY POLICY!
Will lead to lawsuits at some point!
