We have stayed at this Home2 many times now to visit family. This time was our best experience thus far. The people were great, help with everything we needed. The breakfast was above average to a hotel stay. We will surely use it in the future

It was somewhat dirty. Staff seem to not know how to do the check in? Also, had multiple charges to my card and only getting a refund or explanation for one.

Great and friend front desk staff. Very testy serving staff. Seemed to have trouble keeping up with replenishing coffee, organge juice and waffle mix on a Saturday at 9:30 am, when very few people were having breakfast. We were only there for one night, so having these items was basic. My husband found the crandberry juice that was available to be a bit too strong and concentrated. Mentionning this for their reference was not received well.

Everything was great except the indoor pool heater wasnt working. Water was very cold. Should of known when pool was empty
