I was a little disappointed in this property. I had stayed in other Home2Suites which were cleaner and had much better breakfasts.
The jug of milk where individual milk cartions should have been was questionable at best. The yogurt dispenser put up a red flag as well. Some of the food looked like leftovers from a previous meal.
The room had a hole in the headboard and a random rug under one of the beds. The beat thing I can say about the room is that the bathroom was clean.

the room was great. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Staff, especially Mark was great. Mark helped resolve an issue with the reservation. The location of the property is good. It has restaurants and services near by since we didn't have a car.

The people are awesome and so was the room. Had a full kitchen, plenty of seating and lots of space. The people at the front desk were extremely helpful after I got snowed in and had to extend my stay. Also huge shoutout to the breakfast foods there were great and had plenty of veggie options!! 10/10 will stay there again!!!

Staff was great! Pillows and upkeep not so much. The latch to the bathroom wasn’t fully functional. Pillows were flat. Couch was hard.

Neisha gets the 5 star award for customer service - going above and beyond to get us a great medical price and room. We love this hotel because of the room amenities and the location but also because of the great staff.
Rachel has a 5 star also for her help, attentiveness and customer service in the 3 times we have stayed there .
