The room was clean and spacious, great breakfast.

Samantha was great. I accidently locked myself out of my room. Using the security latch. Samantha exhausted all resources and found a way to get me back into my room. This is my go to hotel when I'm in Charleston.

We have stayed here over the past two years and wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Very easy to travel to and very comfortable rooms.

Will be back again!

The room was clean. My check in staff was very helpful. She explained the amenities to me very clearly. Breakfast was good. Ms.Rebecca the breakfast lady was amazing. The area was clean and stocked with food.

Check in person was not real Friendly. Some hospitality courses may help!

It was a good place for a few nights .

Hello. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights over the weekend. The room was absolutely beautiful and clean, but the bedding didn't look like it had been changed beforehand; it was more rumpled than it would be after simply getting out of bed in the morning. I went out early the next day, and when I returned around 8 PM, the room hadn't been cleaned. The breakfast was spectacular—the spread was very clean and varied—but everything was *cold*. The boiled eggs looked as if they had been taken straight out of the fridge and placed on the serving tray. The front desk was always unattended, and I must mention that during check-in, they didn't tell us which way to go to reach our room, nor did they provide any description of the facilities. I would have appreciated a bit more attention to detail.

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Would stay here again. Staff very accommodating.
