Shelly was very friendly and helpful. She has great customer service. The only thing I didn’t like was people staying in the hotel was beating on our door really loud and running around 2-3am multiple times. This happed both nights we were there. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay.

The staff was super friendly at check in and any time we had any questions. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We loved having a full size regrigator with freezer and the fully stocked dishes were a plus!

Television did not work. Next day a two remote control work around was offered no roof change. Carpet had stains. Upholstery tattered. Dishwasher leaked. Freezer needed defrosting. 4 lounge chair for a 4 story hotel at pool. Breakfast poorly serviced, e.g. had to ask for plates and forks, dirty tables. Patio had dirty surfaces and broken bulbs in string lights. Nice facility but poor management.

Hi, I stayed in room _320 on April 17,18 2026__ on ___ and the conditions were unacceptable. The linens were dirty, the bathroom was not cleaned, and there was hair throughout the room. This does not meet basic cleanliness standards. I am requesting a full refund. Please respond as soon as possible.
