The building looks new and well maintained. Check in and front desk staffs were eager to help. We didn’t want cleaning for our stay but the rooms were clean. Our room was a king suite and it was very roomy and with all the amenities we needed. Didn’t use the kitchen but it’s nice to have a full size fridge. Very good experience.

I was unhappy with a few things
1) no Tylenol or Advil for sale
2) a couple of light bulbs in my room were out
3) my bath water was so low of pressure it took a very long time to fill didn't stay hot
4) I was charged $10 for parking upon exiting because no one was at the front desk when I checked out so I didn't have a ticket or whatever I needed, rediculous.

Name on reservation was my husband's. He was not with us and despite a not so common last name and me showing my reservation on expedia, staff would not let me check in. I had to reach out to expedia to have the name changed. First time it happened to me.
Room was dirty. I found a dirty t-shirt and dirty socks in a drawer (which I returned to the front desk). The wash cloths in the bathroom were covered with hair. And general cleanliness of the room was questionable. The hotel is really convenient because of its location but there needs to be improvement with cleanliness and front desk staff.

Spacious rooms and good breakfast! We love staying here whenever we’re in town. The only complaint is the fridge in our room was broken during our stay.
