The hotel and staff were nice. The shower could’ve had better water pressure, though.

This is our 2nd time staying at this hotel in the past month and both visits have been great. The front desk staff is very friendly and the rooms are very clean. This is our new go to hotel for tournaments in Beaumont.

Room was very clean and huge. I’m wheelchair bound so there was plenty of room and then some. The roll in shower was great but the shower chair was slanted and I almost slid off of it and could’ve been a horrible incident. Beds were a good height, easy to transfer in and out of. But unfortunately uncomfortable mattress, bring a topper to make it bearable. Toilets are not ADA height, they are low so you will have issues transferring back to your wheelchair if you don’t have upper body strength. Mirrors are to high in the bathroom to see yourself in the mirror. Best part of the room is that there is a lot of room, bathroom is big for any size wheelchair. The room was clean. Fridge a plus. Cons: hotel lacks knowledge of ADA requirements, comforts, and unfortunately only provide bare minimum. Staff was very helpful, friendly, and welcoming. I didn’t try their breakfast but I heard it’s decent. Gym is basic but had enough to figure out a workout even for a disabled person.

The breakfast was good. Room was very clean. Staff were so personable and helpful. Building was quiet. Literally the only downfall is the water pressure in the room. Would definitely stay here again.
