Everything we needed and just a bit more.
Pleasant and helpful at the front desk. The rooms were comfortable, clean and the beds great. Why would you pay more down the street?

The front desk clerk was more concerned with making innuendos and ordering dinner than helping the only customer in the lobby. The room had used q-tips on the floor and the heater did not work. I ordered dinner to be delivered and was never even notified if it arrived and never received it. I normally enjoy this hotel but this was absolutely the worst trip to Denver I’ve had in a decade.

We were there on a holiday weekend and the hotel was packed. The staff were excellent, even being short-staffed.

Stood in line for an hour to check in. Then got to my room and the key didn’t work. And the room was not the type of room I booked .

The breakfast buffet was good with different options on different days. The free coffee and tea was nice to grab on the way to sightsighting. Close to take the 26th street mall bus.
The microwave and refrigerator was nice to have for leftovers.

It was super nice and clean! The only parking was $56 a night, and valet. It was nice that it was secure and didn’t have to worry about something happening to your car, but the message I got said free parking and they had valet. The parking was not free, and you HAD to pay for valet if you wanted to park there. I cannot expect too much considering it was in the city, but still sucked that there was no warning for that
