The staff wasn't friendly and the breakfast was poorly organised. The cleaning staff will only clean your rooms sometimes. It got quite noisy outside from midnight till 2am because of the golf facility in front of the hotel. The gym was very nice and complete!

Expedia dropped the ball and did not forward my reservation to the hotel, so they could not check me in. After getting on the phone with Expedia customer service, they were unable to initially rectify the problem and offered to cancel the reservation and refund my card within 10 business days, which wasn’t going to work because I was out of state and needed a place to stay. Then somehow the reservation magically populated and I was able to check in. This was ridiculous and highly inconvenient and I wasted 30 minutes of my time because Expedia could not get their reservation system working.

El hotel no dispone de cajas fuertes a diferencia de otros home 2 suites como el de Miami.
Por este motivo requerí que no hicieran la
Habitación solo el día 29. Y dejaron de hacerla aún reclamando día tras día A los empleados. Tuve que hablar con la house keeping manager para que me pudieran hacer la habitación. Ya que nos cansamos de solicitarlo a los empleados directamente y también a la recepción.

Hotel is a great position, in general is good but breakfast is very poor, not toaster , it has a sign that said broken. No waffles and no waffles maker. When one type of food was finish a lady in the back answer that there was no more , I had to ask the front desk for more Coffee and she went a put a new container with coffee but I notice it was the same with other products and other customers
