Staff are nice, hotel is clean.

Everything was excellent.

The hotel is fine, and the facilities are good. However, once we got to our room, we noticed that the surfaces were not very clean. There was dust, and some areas had marks that I had to clean myself. On our first morning, we found a small cockroach. I reported it to the hotel management through the Expedia app's chat feature, but we never received a response. That evening, when we returned to our room, we noticed a leak from the refrigerator that had created a puddle of water on the floor. We spoke with the front desk staff about both incidents, and she offered to move us to another room and provided 10,000 Hilton Honors points as compensation. The new room was better, but there was a very strong urine smell in the bathroom. It did not seem like it had been properly cleaned.

The shower had quite a bit of mold on the shower tracks, while the rest of the shower, bathroom, as well as the bedroom were in good shape. I found the staff to be friendly, as well as very helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay in this location once again.

Great place to stay! Clean & everyone was very nice. Beds are very comfortable & great location near everything! Will definitely be coming back again.
