We had a wonderful time there. Easy access to everything including the beach! The staff was great. The pool area is pretty but small so you have to go down early to grab seats.

Lots of room to hang out in common areas, convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants. Front desk was amazing. Breakfast was good. The only complaint was lack of timely housekeeping the day we requested it.

The breakfast at this hotel was the worst we have ever experienced at a Hilton based hotel. The selections were rarely varied, often cold and unappetizing.
Diane at the front desk was amazing and one of the breakfast ladies was great! The other staff, especially the rooftop bar manager, were at times rude and most often dismissive.
We received housekeeping ONE TIME in 6 nights and that was only garbages emptied. Our carpet was never vacuumed, the bathroom not cleaned and the sheets never changed.
The outdoor pool reached 100 degrees and while the front desk said it was being worked on…a member of maintenance later said they had no idea it was operating incorrectly. The majority of the umbrellas are broken.

This was a nice hotel overall, with great amenities and a good breakfast.
However, I am giving four stars due to an issue with billing transparency. At check-in, I was asked to provide a credit card and specifically asked what would be charged. I was told it was only for a security deposit.
After checkout, I received my receipt and saw a $24 parking charge that had not been disclosed. I reached out to request a refund due to the lack of disclosure, but the request was declined.
I would recommend the hotel, but suggest confirming any additional fees at check-in.
