Wonderful hotel in a nice area for Nashville, the guy at the counter was super helpful, they have a shuttle that takes you to downtown so you don’t have to drive and worry about parking.

We asked for a discount as the pool was out of order. If we had known this we would have switched to another hotel. We spoke with Cory the manager and he assured us he would get back to us. He did not get back to us !

The hotel was very convenient to the meeting I was attending. There were restaurants within an easy drive.
Front desk staff was very helpful - I had a billing issue (not their fault) and they worked with hotels.com to make it right.
Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good!
