Overall a fine stay, some unruly guests screaming in the lobby at front desk employee, wifi went out for over 24 hours which wasn’t ideal on a business trip. Cleaning staff were friendly and on top of it. Gym was nice and convenient. Location of hotel is an easy walk into Germantown area.

We visit Nashville a couple times each year, and this is our go to hotel. The staff is always duper courteous and helpful, The shuttle drivers are exceptional. The complimentary breakfast has a great variety and stocked very well. Less than a 5 minute drive to Broadway, Farmers Market, Parthenon, West End, or Music Row. Awesome place to stay.

Shuttle bus was only available one of the 2 days that we were there.
Close to farmers market and Kroger but not walkable due to safety converns.
