Great staff clean and comfy rooms
I enjoy my stay at the hotel. The staff is so friendly and welcoming and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. I feel comfortable and safe when I am in town.

Booked a balcony suite for a quick getaway with my wife hoping for nice city views, but found the balcony view was sorely lacking. Balcony rooms here are only on the 5th floor, so really all you see is the roof of a neighboring business and the roof of the bottom floors of the hotel, both of which are littered with debris and quite unsightly. Also, calling this room a "suite" was a big stretch. It was just a standard room with a king sized bed with only a curtain dividing the sleeping space from the kitchen space and, of course, a door out to the balcony.
Staff was great, parking in the parking garage was easy, room was clean. The biggest letdown was the actual view from the balcony.

This facility went above and beyond to ensure we were happy throughout our stay.
The location was convenient and the amenities were exceptional.
They have every other day room service with help upon request which is normal today and they replenish your rooms snacks and drinks daily which was surprising and inviting.
The only set back we had was not having a jacuzzi to unwind in but the trade off was a balcony which we enjoyed using to awake and eat our FREE BREAKFAST at.
To be honest this was a remarkable start and unless we are staying five star we will continue to use this Home 2 Suites every visit to Houston.
