Like always, the rooms are very clean and the staff is friendly and very accommodating. Breakfast is delicious. This year our son went with us and we used the gym; very clean.
Night before surgery
Room was a great size, plenty of room.Check in was quick, staff all very friendly. we enjoyed our stay.

I booked 2 rooms because my mom had to have surgery.. the hospital called the last minute and canceled the surgery. The hotel management would not agree to refund. Under the circumstances I would think they had a enough empathy & compassion not to charge us. That's over $300 that i can't get back..

Everything was great. After I decided to stay an additional night, I was a little disappointed that the maid service didn’t come make the bed, bring clean towels and take out the garbage, but otherwise things were great.
