We had a terrible experience at this place; the room smelled bad, and the blankets had a terrible odor. My wife and I experienced intense itching and broke out in welts all over our bodies. The parking was awful. All in all, it was a terrible experience.😞

Young lady at the front desk was incredibly helpful. The gentlemen taking care of breakfast, while he had alot to do, was managing it well while making sure guests were still being respectful of the breakfast area. Rooms were nice. Only negatives I would say are that the doors are heavy and loud when they close, which can startle at night. And I wish they had some complimentary items i.e. toothbrushes, as we left our in the valeted car.

When I checked in, front desk didn’t verify that my stay was prepaid through Expedia. I was charged full price for the room even though I already paid. Expedia called front desk and they immediately refunded my payment

Great location between two light rail stations. Easy in and out to the airport. The connection to the skyway very handy when weather was stormy. Good places to eat on the skyway.

Room was nice with the kitchen and couch area.
Bed comfortable and great view from 8th floor.
