Right along Roswell's main street with easy access to the less busy parallel street gives you an easy way to get around with anything you could need either within ten minutes drive or walking distance.

Staff not that friendly.

Room was great, shower wasnt sparkling clean but clean. Beds great! Front desk customer service was good. Breakfast was cold yet we had to ask for fresh food and it still was cold.

Front desk checking on 4/25 super nice and helpful. This is Morning front desk two people, not so hospitable. Breakfast nice lady and keeping the area and food up. It wasn't busy & the food was sitting a little long. It is an older property in need of maintenance. We had some trouble with the AC, the Front Desk Rep that night came up and got it working. The thermostat is missing a button. Our room was accessible. Didn't ask for one, but it was close to the elevators. Nice. except that one of the safety handrails for pulling out of the shower wall. Concerning. See attached pic. The light above the kitchenette was flicking all the time, so has to leave it off. The shower curtain was mounted high and made it short too short to stop water from soaking the floor. Overall, I would recommed.

Just beginning to get slightly worn down, but still clean & comfortable

Staff was great. The place is clean. Breakfast was great as usual. I left an item in my room and it was returned to me (just had to send postage). The only issues we had were some maintenance things that they did promptly respond to (bathroom sink was clogged and microwave didn't work). Pool was as expected - water was cold, but nothing different than any other Home2 I've stayed in. Definitely recommend if you are traveling to Roswell.
