I really enjoyed this property. The room was perfect, the gym had a Peleton (which I love) and the breakfast was plentiful. Everything nice, new and clean. The only problem was when I forgot my room key and only had my phone with me. The gentleman at the front desk said I had to have a drivers license before he would give me a replacement key. I confirmed everything about the reservation (MY name on the booking, how I booked, etc) I told him that I my wallet was in the room, but I had a digital drivers license. I showed it to him, but he didn’t accept it and said it wasn’t valid. I believe this was because it wasn’t the Louisiana Digital license that he was probably familiar with. He could see that I’m from a different state, but he still wouldn’t accept it. Luckily, my husband had his wallet so the guy finally gave us a key. I really could have done without this on a day where we were hurrying to the airport

The only reason I gave a 4 instead of a 5 star is because the beds were super uncomfortable. All three visitors staying in a double queen suite complained of how hard the mattresses were considering the price of the stay. I will say, the beds were the ONLY issue we encountered. Everything else from the guest service, to the complimentary breakfast, pool clean and clear, and the entire hotel was nice and clean as well! If they’d get softer beds, I’d highly recommend staying here!
