The hotel overbooked. I had to wait 30minutes to check in as he sorted out the issue… We were offered to be moved to other hotel and I was like what? Finally they had a 1 king instead of the 2 queens i I had reserved… terrible… this has been the first time this has ever happened…. So beware of this hotel if you book with them…just be prepared..

Room was clean but not the room we had booked. We ended up with a 2 ween bed instead of a king suite. Overall experience was ok, nothing special.

Shampoo bottle was empty. Called to have it refilled or replaced in morning and by 2:00pm it still wasn’t replaced. Light bulb was out on lamp, replaced right away. A/C made noise the whole time.

Great location next to the Big Texan. Can easily walk over to it. The hotel has a decent free breakfast offered.
We did spill some water on the floor in our room when we wiped it up, the floor obviously hadn’t been mopped very well or was mopped with dirty water. The towel was way dirtier than I would’ve expected. Nothing too crazy. Only reason I have a 4 star on cleanliness. Rest of the room a facility was well taken care of.
