The room and hotel was clean. Every staff member we encountered was very pleasant and helpful. This was not our first stay here, so we were disappointed with the breakfast options this time compared to our previous visits. The kids enjoyed the pool and the outdoor seating areas!

Stayed here multiple times and normally have a great experience but this time I was here only one night. I went to take a shower next morning prior to check out only to discover we had a dirty shower and didn’t realize until I was already in there. Definitely was not happy BUT I notified the front desk as soon as I was checking out. She took my room number, contacted appropriate people and offered a discount. Still pleased with this hotel and will continue to stay (will do a complete inspection upon arrival in the future)
