Near me to strip and good staff

Convince to convention Center. Unsafe to walk around the area.

Upon check in staff informed me that our reservation (suite) was not honored due to going through a third party booking, Expedia. After requesting clarification on our how our room was not available, staff blamed Expedia for overbooking. I was also told if we chose to save money this way that was on us. Manager was as rude, disrespectful and spoke down to women. After I stood my ground on the matter, he magically found our room and to be frank was in apologetic for his unprofessionalism.

Our experience was awesome. Hotel was very clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Although the air freshener in the lobby area was a bit much.

The room was very spacious. Breakfast was delicious. You could make fresh waffles daily. The hot tub and pool were cleaned daily and disinfected. Staff were polite.

We were overall very happy with this place the only thing that was a bit of an inconvenience was not being able to check in early by 2 hours but anywho I would stay here again.

How close it was to the strip

I chose this hotel based on other good reviews and was extremely satisfied. My room was clean and spacious. I also loved having a full-sized refrigerator and kitchenette area. The view of the pool/outside of my room was also a bonus. Kimberly (front desk) was extremely helpful and sweet, and she went above and beyond for me when I lost my phone and needed assistance in heating up food. I'd also like to shoutout Brandy (bartender). She welcomed me on the first day and was very accommodating. Further, the hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the strip (there was always traffic). I did not mind this since the hotel is near the airport and in a quiet location. The only "issue" that I experienced involved a group of loud girls outside of my room one night around 2 am. It was quite disturbing since I was asleep and it seemed like they were inside of my room (that's how loud they were); but this is expected since we are in Vegas. So, all-in-all, I would recommend staying at this hotel. Oh, and the continental breakfast was pretty tasty. Thank you!

We had a great stay, rooms were clean and the breakfast included was the cherry on top. Parking was easy and accessible. Not a bad location.
