Everything was ok except the mattress. It was not good at all. Very disappointing. The breakfast food wasn’t that great, either. Also surprised that we paid $31 a night to park. Understand when this happens in downtown LA but not Woodland Hills.
The one staff that was very nice was Marge. About 15 min before we left the fire alarm went off I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. The alarm continued to go off. I called the front desk and talked to Marge. It was their yearly fire alarm drill. I told her I was just going to use the elevator to get a luggage cart. She said she would bring one up to us and that it was ok to use the elevator even tho the doors were closed (happens automatically). She arrived quickly and we escaped - the alarm continued.
Just a note that the person at the desk at night barely looked at us when we arrived around 6pm the night before. Wouldn’t you think they would at least smile? I’m surprised the Hilton brand would put their name on this property. Oh well, we won’t be back!

Location was convenient & staff was very friendly/helpful. Room was clean, comfortable & spacious, but the air conditioning unit was a little loud. Also, the bed could have been a little more comfortable. Breakfast had many options but could have used more "easy to grab" items like yogurt & fruit.

I had a disappointing stay overall. My room was not cleaned, even though I am absolutely certain I removed the “Do Not Disturb” sign. The front desk initially suggested that might have been the reason, but I clarified it was not on the door. When I spoke to another staff member, I was told the cleaning staff might be on strike, which sounded completely made up—especially since someone else had already apologized and admitted my room was simply overlooked.
The shower gel in the bathroom was nearly empty upon arrival. For a three-night stay, basic items like this should be checked and fully stocked in advance.
Breakfast was also very disappointing. Many items were gone, and staff did not replenish them. You are left with banana, yogurt, oatmeal.
Additionally, the elevator service was extremely slow. With only two elevators available, one broke down at one point, causing chaos and long wait times as lines quickly formed.
They offer tea in the lobby, but unfortunately, the water was cold—another small detail that reflects poor attention to guest experience.
The valet staff was friendly—and frankly, they should be, given the $31 per night charge, which felt like a complete rip-off.
Overall, the service and maintenance fell below expectations, and I hope the hotel improves its attention to detail and communication moving forward.
