Loved the staff. Property had some need for repair and the hot water took a bit longer to get to the faucets. Bed was comfortable

Home 2, and Tru were adjoining buildings with the Home 2 entrance blocked off, requiring all check ins to be done in the Tru side. That was a little unnerving. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, but the mattress was in bad condition. It was like sleeping on a hard hammock. The ice machine was directly across from our room, out in the open, not contained in a room like at other hotels. The noise from the ice machine through the night was pretty bad and so we requested a room change the next day. Staff were apologetic and accommodating. The second room mattress was just as bad unfortunately. You can hear the airplanes flying overhead but if you put the room fan on it helps. The place was bright and upbeat but comfort was lacking.

I came in town for my grandfathers funeral. It took a walk through of 5 rooms on different floors before I finally found a decently clean one. Then once I returned home I had an eye infection from an allergic reaction to something in the hotel. The staff was gracious about it but I requested compensation for the inconvenience and never received a response from management. Also there were children running through the halls and stomping upstairs while drink adults took up the entire lobby/breakfast area. Needless to say I didn’t get much rest.

Lack of housekeeping causes you to request clean towels and when housekeeping did show up they still did not provide clean towels.

The staff was rude

Great Hotel, nice rooms, play area was fun, pool was nice, breakfast was pretty good as well, BUT the STAFF was the best part… everyone was amazing and very helpful! Will definitely stay there again!
