It was an excellent comfortable stay
The hotel was clean, comfortable with a professional helpful staff. The fitness center was great.
Nice location, good size rooms, nice staff.
Overall a decent hotel. Family of five fit well in the room. The room had tons of storage, shelving space. The large fridge, microwave "kitchen" area in the room was great to have. The breakfast had good options.
We greatly appreciated them being helpful with our hockey team and our crazy schedule. Also for allowing us to gather and eat in the lobby for later meals. Lots of dining, shopping options close by.

The room was clean, but one of the pocket doors into the bathroom would not stay closed. The pool was closed for maintenance.

Very nice staff, perfect location if you’re visiting someone at UC Health Hospital with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Room was comfortable and nice layout with privacy curtain if the sofa bed is being used. Nicely equipped kitchenette, but some of the glasses and dish wear weren’t clean. I did not use the pool or exercise facilities.
