Not sure how this got such high stars. Never stayed at Home 2 suites and Will Not again. I like to go in and be Welcomed when arrived.. Was Not. Not a word. I said I was checking in... never ask name... just typing looked at me And I then said name, went back to typing....All staff from night before and that morning was just in T shirts and whatever kind of pants. Couldn't tell them from Customers. Breakfast was Nothing like Advertised in elevators walls. For being part of Hilton.... Just disappointed. Could go on but not worth it!!

We enjoyed our stay but there was a razor left in the shower and an earring on a countertop. Kitchen had everything we needed. Breakfast had a great variety, but bagels were stale….

Over charged me $450!!!! To my credit card by front desk manager Dalton. Refusing to give me a credit for his mistake on booking me. I am 71, retired on limited funds. Very disappointed in this chain.

Rooms were clean and well equipped. However coffee bar, bathroom toiletries were not fully stocked. But the staff were very friendly and they quickly refilled upon request. Breakfast was just ok and did not have as many options. Close to the highway and several good restaurants. Ok for a quick overnight stay.

I would have given them 5 stars but the mattress needs to be changed! I could feel every spring on it. Wasn’t able to get comfortable or get sleep because of it. Otherwise it is an excellent location and property!

The room looked nice at first, but it was not very clean. This is our second Time staying here due to the wastewater convention that occurs here in Waco and the convention center. The inside of the microwave door had food left from a previous guest, and the shower floor was very dirty. There was hair everywhere—on the tables, pillows, and beds—and some of the towels and a pillowcase had stains. Overall, the cleanliness was very disappointing. 2.0 -2.5
Maybe there was an animal in this room.
We have two more night stays. Other amenities were good especially the outdoor lounge. - Thanks Mr. Grigsby

Hotel was clean and breakfast was good enough. One of the elevators was out during the stay but overall a good experience, not spectacular.

The hotel is very dingy and unclean. We asked for a blanket for the foldout couch and didn’t get the first night. The sheets and pillow for extra couch were dirty. The hotel was out of body wash entirely ! Just gross !
