From the time we checked in to the time we checked out (stayed 5 nights mind you), they charged our card 24 times & caused our bank to freeze our card, so we could no longer use it while we were on vacation from out of state!! Even telling staff to stop running our card, & having them speak to our bank as well, they continued to try to charge it! Our room was cleaned only once our entire stay & we had to ask for clean towels, sheets, & toilet paper. We will never stay here again!

The day staff was very pleasant and welcoming when we arrived. Breakfast was accommodating and refreshing. The room was clean and fully stocked with the appropriate amount of towels and kitchen ware. The pool laundry and gym were always very clean and easy to access. MAYBE RETURNING FOR FUTURE VISITS

Enjoyed my first stay. Check in was smooth and Mrs. Cheryl was great. Check out was also a very smooth process. Comfy beds, nice breakfast bar and an overall positive experience.
