The rooms are very nice and comfortable with the living area and bedrooms having their own separate heating/cooling units. Breakfast was great and had good selection. Just had to add bacon and would have been perfect!

Overall, our stay at the hotel was good, and we enjoyed our time there. However, I would like to mention one issue regarding the room-cleaning service. When we returned to our room at night, we noticed that our room had not been cleaned. We contacted the front desk, and we were told that guests are required to inform the hotel if they want their room cleaned. I found this unusual, as I have stayed at many hotels before and have never been required to specifically request regular room cleaning. Perhaps this is a practice that is more common in some hotels in America, but it was not something we were aware of. After calling the hotel and requesting that our room be cleaned, we waited for approximately an hour, but no one came. I eventually went down to the front desk and complained again. We then left the hotel for dinner, and fortunately, when we returned, the room had finally been serviced. While the issue was eventually resolved, I believe the hotel should clearly inform guests at check-in that room cleaning must be requested. This would avoid confusion and prevent guests from having to follow up multiple times.

Everything was what you’d expect, except there was shampoo, but no conditioner… I generally love home2suites!

We had a flood in the room every time we took a shower. We were told that "this is because you have an accessible tub." Their "solution" was to give us extra towels to mop up. The staff repeatedly ignored requests. We arrived on a Sunday and they didn't send anyone to clean the room until Tuesday, despite repeated requests. The room itself smelled moldy (which is understandable given the flooding that they just accepted as fact). Breakfast was meh. Also, I was told that my complaint would be addressed directly by management after I told them I was not satisfied at checkout. In fact there's a sign at checkin that says if you are not completely satisfied, that we would get some portion of credit. 24 hours after checking out and still nothing. We were willing to go with something close to the airport for a better price, but this is still not cheap and I expected more from Hilton. Very disappointing.

Room was spacious and very clean the pool was pretty small and the breakfast was not what we were expecting but overall a wonderful location close to the air port and mall

This is a relatively new property, so everything was in great condition. The proximity to the Portland Jetway was a huge benefit.
