Great location while visiting SF

Excellent

Not a family friendly hotel. They refused to change the bed sheets when we explained that our baby had a spit up on the bed and insisted that we had to notify them a day before to get the sheets changed. When they finally agreed, they insisted that we leave the room. They had all morning and early afternoon to change the sheets but they showed up right when we just got back from a long and tiring day out. We had even paid for a suite with a separate bedroom and explained that we have two fussy children and requested that we just stay in the living room. We had to call several times as no one was answering the phone. We finally spoke to the manager by phone and when we wanted to speak to him in person, he was conveniently in a meeting. By the time they agreed to change the sheets, it was our children’s nap time. Will never stay at this hotel again.

good place for the business trip

Loved the property. The service was great and the property was very clean.

Everything was great except needed night light in bathroom. Had to turn on regular light because pitch black inside bathroom at night. Had roommate so didn’t want to have GitHub on outside the bathroom

There were leftover hot links in the freezer and the tissue box was empty. It would have been nice to be able to download other movie apps for use during the stay. But understand why not. Other than that, it was extremely awesome, and those minor things will not deter me from returning.

great breakfast staff, very clean hotel, nice roomy suite.

It was a good hotel and close by SFO airport. Only issue was that there was no enough parking.
