We (people and dogs) were greeted so warmly the staff is as friendly and helpful as I’ve ever experienced. The property was clean, the location was great and the suites fit just right. Big shout out to Brea, Jenniey and Anessa. It was as if they had known us always. Would definitely recommend!

Very close to the Casino. Room was very nice and Brea and the rest of the staff were super friendly.

Everything was clean and well stocked. The staff were very kind and more than helpful with any questions I had. Breakfast was great each day we stayed. Having a kitchen with a full fridge and freezer in the hotel room was life-changing. Beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

This chain of hotels delivers what any traveler wants: quick service, easy access, clean rooms and surroundings, high quality sheets and towels, a comfortable mattress, and in-room amenities like a micro wave, refrigerator, real dishes, and toiletries. Only one time in my stays have I found shower soap dispensers empty. Well designed parking and a roomy lobby are a plus. I would hope the the selection available at the check-in desk would include more beers and alcoholic drinks in the future, and the addition of a hand held shower wand would be appreciated. I will be back every time I travel if possible.

Our room smelled so terrible we could barely breath. Rotten food, wet dog, mildew, truly awful. The smell came from the dishwasher but we got in so late that we were too tired to change rooms, so we ran the dishwasher hoping the smell would go away, but it didn’t help. Would not have booked this hotel if it weren’t for all the 9.0 sparkling reviews. Never staying at a Home2 Suites again.
