The room was perfect for me as a wheelchair user. I had plenty of room to maneuver. The bathroom set up was good. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this hotel and plan to use it again when I visit Omaha.

Will always stay here. So clean, quiet and close to everything I need to get too. Shopping, hospital, airport and food.

We stayed in a 2 room suite. The main bathroom shower had plently of water pressure while the en suite to the other bedroom had zero water pressure it was literally just falling out of the facet. We tried what we could and nothing worked. The king bed was super uncomfortable - a week later and I am still dealing with back pain from the bed. The ice machine on our floor was not working. Pool area was always super hot and a few times there were no pool towels available. The breakfast offered was ok - nothing special. But our room served its purpose of having a place to rest and sleep.

No luggage carts to bring items from your vehicle to/from your room. We where told there where only 2 carts for the whole hotel, which is unheard of in such a big place. Come on management, I am paying a premium price plus paying for parking not to be able to use the luggage carts that dont exist. Just unimaginable for a Hilton property. Get your act together and get more luggage carts.

The hotel itself was good. But the location was terrible. There is only one road open to it and finding it was challenging. They also charge for parking

No words,totally not recommended

When we arrived (2:30pm) we were told our room wasn’t ready, it would be about an hour. Ok, no worries, check in isn’t until 3pm anyways, so we left and got ice cream and came back around 3:40pm. We had 4 kids with us… Room still isn’t ready, will for sure be another hour as they had a long term stay who left and didn’t get moved out until around 40 minutes ago?? Check out is 11:00am so not sure how that worked?? Anyways we got access to the pool, which that room was hotter than outside (90 degrees) with no towels. We didn’t get access to our room until 6pm. They did comp our parking fees ($30) and didn’t make us put the deposit down for incidentals, but we didn’t plan on trashing the room so literally only $30 comp for 3 hours we didn’t get our room. The elevator broke while we getting our stuff so we had to lug all of it up 4 flights of stairs. The ice machine on our floor was also broken. The room itself was absolutely perfect! So much room and clean. The only “issue” there was no shampoo/soap in the dispenser. Would stay again, but they need some maintenance done to fix the issues.

We showed up at 3 pm check in time and our room wasn't ready. We were told 30 min to an hour. We went exploring and came back around 5pm. We had to wait an additional 20 min to find out our room was finally ready. One elevator was out of order and the other quit working later in the evening. The hallway had an unpleasant smell when coming off the elevator. Also the ice machine was out of order. If you are pretty chill about minor inconveniences it is okay for the price. If you just need a place to rest your head for the night I would say it's okay. The bed was comfy and the staff were very nice and pleasant.
