Staff at the front desk was very unpleasant

The room was excellent very clean a everything good definitely recommended

It was new and clean ( only 4 years old) which made my stay quite Enjoyable. They also provided a crib/playpad for my baby

Property was close to shopping, food and the interstate with a 10 min range.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice decor spacious and quite.

The television was not working in the room for the entire stay. The front desk was notified immediately of the situation. They brought a new remote control without batteries. When returned the swap given was the original remote and it still didn't work. The front desk was notify again of the situation and was informed the engineer would arrive in 20 minutes and would come see about the issue. No one ever showed. The entire night the television displayed a Welcome {Name} without a picture. The glow from the screen stayed on unless you unplugged the entire television. I informed the front desk again prior to checkout and was told the manager would not arrive on the property until 3:00. Left my name, room # and phone number. No one reached out. Will not return to this property again. Nothing was done for the inconvenience.
