Room was clean and spacious with nice amenities. Great breakfast. Wonderful shuttle service used to and from Mall of America. Close to many great restaurants. Loved!!

The checkout clerk was particularly snobby when I asked what the parking fee was for. It must have been in really small print because I was annoyed to pay for parking at a hotel in the suburbs. I travel all the time and have never come across this hidden fee in such a sprawling place. Even though I felt like it was high, my elitest clerk told me that it in fact was “not a lot of money” and that it’s usually 40$ or more in other places. Like I said before, I travel 100 days a year for work and I’d never been subject to sneaky fees like this. Would not recommend and will not be staying here again.

Very friendly staff. Very clean throughout. We liked the lounge/ play area. Hot breakfast was nice. We would have used the hot tub of there was one.

All staff members smiled and were always accomodating even during the busiest of times! A wonderful loving hospitable atmosphere and the van driver was absolutely the best! He took time for conversation with adults and children! We will stay everytime we visit the city!
