Great people, comfortable, well appointed room.

This is a great place to stay! Very clean. Staff very helpful. Pet friendly!

Overall, room was comfortable, and we slept well. However the hotel did not live up to its 4+ rating. It was Dog friendly (we do not have a dog), but scent of spray in lobby to cover up pet odor was strong. Check in with very nice lady was a slow process. We got in late, went to bed shortly upon arrival, then we were awakened about 30 min after getting to room with the TV coming on spontaneously with a personalized message. Had to get up to turn it off. Dispenser was out of shampoo in shower. Bathroom mirror area was too dark to shave or put on makeup well. We were traveling as a large family with several small kids, had reserved rooms 2 months in advance, and were told on Check-In that we couldn’t get all the double rooms we reserved, and no adjoining rooms with doors for families with kids, as we had requested. Disappointing on several fronts.

Staff are very friendly and accommodating of your needs. Bed was comfy.

Easy to get to, close Ft Jackson. Room was a great size with perfect amenities.

Totally surprised by the roominess of my 1 bedroom studio, it was definitely larger and more comfortable than expected. Slept like a baby.
