The staff was very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the facilities were not very clean. The TV remote was missing from our room, and when we requested one, it didn't have batteries.
Our stay was only for a few hours during a layover, and we were hoping to do laundry before our next flight. Unfortunately, the dryer was not working properly, and it took me nearly two hours trying to dry my clothes, which was very frustrating. Location very convenient from airport but Is time to invest in a upgrade. A suggestions for the future is to have shuttles running early hours too for morning flighs..Shuttles hours started at 6am

I have never stayed at this place before.And I can say, this will not be my last time.Stand at one of the properties. Location was alright ,the view was nice, property clean, staff, it was very accommodative, and nice. The fact that it looked like a little studio was great. I enjoyed my stay and I will do it again

Nice hotel; large suites. Unfortunately, the pillows deflated; It took an entire day just to get two pillows from the front desk; paper thin walls-I could hear everything; stayed on 7th floor, but could hear chairs scrubbing the floor above me @ 8:30 in the morning; Definitely bring your own pillows or visit a nearby Walmart to buy a cheap one because you will need it; other amenities were fine
