There was a complete communications breakdown there was a language barrier with housekeeping regarding exits to the stairwells the staff did not speak English, which created an issue at the elevator myself and others waited almost 10 minutes for an elevator after the staff was unable to tell us where the stairwells were, they could only point with their fingers no verbiage this is unacceptable as people are traveling with time constraints please consider addressing this issue to avoid future inconveniences

The room was clean, comfortable & as advertised. However, we chose this hotel to have a pool for the lousy weather we knew we’d experience. Once we checked in they told us it was under renovation. No compensation, refund, or any form of apology.

Expedia mislabeled the room - “Suite with bathtub” was just a regular room with a shower. On top of that the bedding and pillows were the worst I’ve experienced at a hotel in a long time. Do not recommend this hotel.

There isn’t much nearby other than other hotels I think the closest store was about 5-7 min from the property but it was very quiet and safe!
