We checked in pretty late in the evening so when my son went to take a shower he got the water running but couldn’t get it to turn off or turn to adjust the temp. Then the bath faucet started running and we couldn’t turn it off. The man working the front desk came and looked at it but couldn’t fix it. Said he’d called the maintenance guy but couldn’t get ahold of him. They said they would be by tomorrow to fix it. Bathroom is in the bedroom so we got to listen to the tub faucet run all night. They showed up finally but not when they said and were able to shut it off but not fix the problem. Went to take a shower and when we went to turn it off the tub faucet started running all the way and wouldn’t shut off! The worst bed out of any hotel we have ever stayed in!!! They never fixed the shower situation but offered to let us take a shower in another room…very disappointed in the hotel and how they handled everything. The next day a guy with sweat pants, a hoodie, grill, chains, earrings and a beenie showed up at the door but didn’t knocked the kids opened the door and he was just standing there. He said he was there to see what the problem was with the bath tub. We had no idea if the guy was telling the truth about who he was, he wasn’t dressed as an employee. The hotel offered us $20 in there store. I want a refund!!!

The iron was dirty and stained my shirt. The shower had no shampoo. The desk was unmanned for 10 minutes when we checked in at night. We had no idea what to do. When the lady finally got up there she was upset I was behind the counter trying to find a number to call to get help. I called and left a message for a manager to call me back... It's been over a week and no call.

Didn’t have any issues other than a few disturbances from the same lady. It was a bit scary, but the front desk seemed to handle it. The front desk went above and beyond for me and my family this weekend. Thank you

The front desk was kind and professional. I appreciated the coffee and oatmeal in the morning. Everything was super clean. Would definitely stay here again!
