The staff were very friendly and accommodating! The atmosphere was nice and welcoming! The continental breakfast was way more than I expected and was very delicious! I felt safe and that in important above all! I would definitely stay there again!

1) Was told we could have the room serviced for each of the days we were there. They did not do the service and when we asked a second time they said no.
2) no complimentary water, and the breakfast quality lacking. My wife got upset stomach from the breakfast.
3). One of the bathroom doors did not close properly leading to the occupant of the bathroom lacking privacy.

I got in very late (2am) after a surprise snowstorm. I was given a late checkout. Breakfast was good, location good & staff great. The place was clean with a nice patio.

Hotel was fine but had serious issues with check-in. They checked someone else in under our reservation, gave us a room key to a room already assigned (to the people they checked in under my reservation), gave us a new room with only 1 bed (there were 4 of us), then finally got a room that would work for us on 3rd try. Hotel acted like it was no big deal even though it was a major inconvenience for customer.

The suite that was provided for me was absolutely perfect. Very clean and well put together.
The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. Much to be desired. I definitely look forward to my next visit and stay here.
